Todd is an experienced Int’l executive, he has dedicated his career to leading direct sales, operations and channel organizations throughout Asia, Europe, and North America. His primary focus at Stave is to build and scale a best-in-class software company that offers tangible “customer value” to supply chain and security solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Mark Buscaglia a Technology driven Business Executive with 20 plus years as a Senior leader ranging from start-up to large enterprise organizations. An individual who brings a unique blend of strategy, technology, operations, risk, finance, personnel, security, business and process management skills and experiences. A strong focus on managing technology shift, digital transformations, cross- functional technology and business alignment, architecture- infrastructure, governance, program management and application development disciplines. A strong understanding of data enterprise data discovery, normalization, and business intelligence application.

Jim is an Enterprise Software veteran with over 35 years of experience in developing sales organizations and Fortune 500 accounts.  His experience includes 3 IPO’s and 5 mergers that encompasses ERP, Supply Chain, CRM, Data Analytics / AI, Operations Management, Data Normalization / Enrichment and Asset Management.

Jim has spent the past 14 years in the ServiceNow ecosystem where he held leadership roles for ServiceNow’s Asset Management offering.

Oren began his leadership journey as the Global Head of Customer Service at Linear Technology Corporation (acquired by Analog Devices Inc.), where he played a pivotal role in driving operational efficiencies that enhanced the customer experience. He co-led the integration of Order to Cash processes during Analog Devices’ acquisitions of both Linear Technology and Maxim Integrated, as well as for an ERP integration and upgrade. At Analog Devices, Oren also helped shape global strategies for channel operations and order management while leading high-performing teams that consistently delivered results.

Throughout his career, Oren has remained dedicated to enhancing the customer experience, building teams that prioritize operational excellence and customer satisfaction. He takes pride in talent development, solving complex challenges with innovative solutions, and fostering a continuous curiosity to learn and grow.

Dan is a seasoned executive with expertise in Go-To-Market in Enterprise SaaS and Cybersecurity markets.  Previously, he was a CEO and COO at high-growth companies such as Tripwire and RiskIQ where he led sales, marketing and strategic alliances. In these roles, he championed major shifts in go-to-market, leading to hyper-growth, resulting in an IPO filing and sizable exits.

Dan spent the last four years leading High Tide Advisors, a boutique firm focused on helping investors and management teams create and execute high-growth go-to-market strategies. His focus areas included GTM Strategy, Fundraising / M&A, and executive coaching. This included experience helping the Xtype, a ServiceNow productivity tools vendor who has grown rapidly and recently closed a funding round which ServiceNow participated in.

He lives in Portland Oregon with his Wife and two college-age kids.

Dave Cosio is a seasoned technology consultant with over 30 years of experience, specializing in technical and business consulting for startups and midsized companies within the ServiceNow ecosystem. His expertise spans workflow design, cloud solutions, and managed services, both directly and through channel partnerships. Throughout his career, Dave has successfully guided CxO-level executives, establishing strong relationships that have led to significant business Growth. Dave’s earlier experience includes roles at Rackspace, BDNA, Cintra Software, and Oracle Corporation, where he was instrumental in architecting technical solutions, developing business programs, and managing client relationships. He has a proven track record of achieving sales quotas and delivering impactful technical presentations.
